"Celebrity Mound Needs Your Help To Keep An Accomplice To Murder IN ..." posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2008-11-13 12:10:15

I don’t ask for your help very often…but I am asking you all now. Please write a letter and help keep this girl in jail where she belongs. This is a case that is very near and dear to my heart…here are the details. please write a letter today. In August 2005. Jennifer Cave was found murdered and partially dismembered in Colton Pitonyak’s Austin. Texas bathtub by her parents and sister. Her body was wrapped in an area rug with her head and hands in a garbage bag. Two shots had been fired one striking Jennifer in the side and puncturing her heart. She died within seconds. Over the next 12 hours her body was stabbed repeatedly in the neck face and back her hands and head decapitated and as if that wasn’t enough a final shot was fired — through the neck of her decapitated head. By the time her body was found. Pitonyak and his accomplice. Laura Hall had fled the country for Mexico in Hall’s Cadillac. Authorities eventually tracked the car and both suspects were brought to Eagle Pass for immigration violations. Although Laura was not present at the time of the murder she played an integral part of the aftermath. She faced charges of Hindering Apprehension and Tampering with Evidence at her August 2007 trial but was eventually sentenced to only five years. This highly publicized case was featured on CourtTV. For a detailed account of the murder and a timeline of what has since trespassed: Shockingly enough. Laura Hall is already being considered for parole with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. What can you do to help? Write a short letter (or a long one if you feel so inclined!) and send it to the address and fax number below as soon as possible. The San Antonio Board Office and the Parole Board have both advised to get these out as quickly as possible. Letters are very important when a criminal is up for parole. Nothing would look better than to hand the parole board a huge file of letters AGAINST Laura’s release! RE: Laura Ashley HallDOB 8/28/83TDC Offender Number 07572662 Your letter must be faxed to:Texas Board of Pardons and ParolesSan Antonio Board Office210-564-3726 Also fax a copy to:Linda StarnesTDCJ Victim Services Division512-452-0825 The following article highlights positive steps that Jennifer’s mother has taken since her daughter’s death to improve the judicial system and provide counseling for jurors. "Finally...Dancing with the Stars recap...just in time for the ..." posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2008-01-01 20:27:54

I can honestly say I thought I would be more pumped after last nights show but I'm not.... I of course felt Helio and Julianne did the best of the night.. but overall... I just wasn't "wowed".... Boy did they stuff a lot of "weirdness" into last nights Dancing with the Stars.. it was also kind of dull.. just not as exciting as I was expecting for the finals.... It seemed to me like their was less dancing on the part of Marie and Mel B and more "hamming it up" for the cameras... for it to be the "final" show. I.. along with a lot of other viewers I am sure were expecting to see a lot of perfect 10's.. but the judges were harsher with their votes all we really seen were a lot of 8's and 9's..... So.. without advance ado... lets resume the show... First up. Mel B and Maxim.... For their first dance.. they performed the Cha Cha Cha.. they danced to the song "Car process".. seriously??? For a Cha Cha???? That was weird.. it was full of flair kind of amusing but not your traditional Cha Cha.. it was void of the breathless moves one would expect of a dancer dancing the Cha Cha... Len said it was "crisp alter precise".. a good show opener with a few "funny" moments. Bruno said she was an accomplished stunning dancer and Carrie Ann said it was fun but that she was expecting a tad more excitement... their score...28. I totally disagreed with that label.. at most.. a 24 was what I thought she deserved. Why in the heck do the judges like her so much? For their second dance.. they danced Freestyle.. they danced to Timbaland's "The Way I Are".. which I felt the band did a bad imitation of... they were totally out of their element.. I mean. Hip Hop??? In ballroom dancing? Come on.. it was a instruct destroy.... Max was the choreographer and you could tell it.. it was not cohesive at all. They were all over the place with ridiculous hip-hop moves crazy lifts... it did not show case her talents and improvements since the beginning... I thought it was terrible. The judges thoughts.... Len felt it was disjointed lacked flow.... Bruno differed with his opinion. he felt it was risky spectacular and that they did a good job... Carrie Ann did not conclude that it showed off the greatness that is Mel B... Ummm... yeah... Their score for the Freestyle....27.. giving them a total of 55 out of 60. Marie and Jonathan are next..... The judges picked the Samba for thier first dance.... I must say.... Marie does give her heart and soul with her performances but last night as far as the dancing align of things.

"Hillary Clinton: Unreformed communist?" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-12-15 14:47:42

In a life marked largely by political warn one entry on Senator Clinton's résumé stands out: her clerkship in 1971 at one of America's most radical law firms. Treuhaft. Walker and Burnstein. One partner at the firm. Doris Walker was a Communist celebrate member at the time. Another furnish. Robert Treuhaft had left the party in 1958 several years after being called before the House Un-American Activities Committee and labeled as one of America's most "dangerously subversive" lawyers. The Oakland-based firm was renowned for taking clients others rejected as too controversial including Communists draft resisters and members of the African-American militant group known as the color Panthers. To this day. Mrs. Clinton's decision to bring home the bacon at the unabashedly left-wing tighten is surprising change surface shocking to some of her former colleagues there and to those supporting her bid for the presidency. To the former first lady's enemies and political opponents her pass at the Treuhaft tighten is yet another indication that radical ideology lurks beneath the patina of moderation she has adopted in public life. In fact no one should be shocked. Instead people need to go away asking questions and taking closer looks at Hillary and the things she plans to do if elected. As Glenn Beck wondered last night how much of what she does today is comfort informed by her communist ideology? Hillary is nothing but an act. Nothing she says in public is genuine or comes straight from her heart. Every measure lie is memorized (and when it isn't that's when she gets into ). Someone on TV said last night that the media and politicians had known about this for years but since it involved the spouse of a candidate (Bill) they figured they wouldn't get much mileage out of it. But now that she is the candidate things are different and now this cram can be used to show the public who and what Hillary really is. How long has it been since Hillary first ran for the senate?Maybe because she was running in New York political opponents deemed the fact that being a communist sympathiser wasn't likely to dissuade enough voters? Unlikely. The most plausible explanation I can come up with is that between the GOP strategists ordering candidates to keep their powder dry until a presidential run and the willingness of main stream media to suppress the story it somehow managed to be kept from the public. I experience. I don't really buy that one myself but how else can it be explained? I'd be interested to read other contributer's thoughts on this one. "The Oakland-based firm was renowned for taking clients others rejected as too controversial including Communists compose resisters and members of the African-American militant group known as the color Panthers." Doesn't our legal system depend on lawyers defending populate accused of change surface the most atrocious crimes? act in mind that defending people accused of horrific crimes does not mean you support those populate or their cause. Another way to look at this is that Hillary will rest up and make sure everyone no matter what they are accused of gets a fair trial. I absolutely believe that lawyers undergo to argue their clients as best as they can (even if they're disgusted by their clients). But that's not the inform here with Hillary: she went out of her way to find employment with that particular law firm because she wanted to be move of that happy family (clearly for ideological reasons). Dan speaking from personal experience. I can tell you that you are for the be of your life whatever you were in your salad days. I was brought up to always vote conservative no matter what and fight the evil commies of the world and despite trying very hard to see the merits of other ideologies. I can't shake the conservatism that's been with me since my youth and I ordain always be what I was then. Hillary if she did believe in communism at the age of 23 is a commie now and always will be one. I can tell you from personal undergo that my views on many things have changed since I was 23 and I am MUCH younger than Hillary. populate's views on things change over time. Just because you haven't changed your points of views doesn't convey others haven't. I know many former left wingers who have moved far to the right over the years. I myself have moved towards the right over the years (though I am not on the right just yet) In fact the origins of the neo-con movement are from the left wing (though they are obviously not on the left anymore) Claiming she is a communist because she spent a pass working for a left wing law form when she was 23 is ridiculous. You can tell Hillary's a pinko to this day by listening to the brain dead rhetoric she spouts at every opportunity and then outright lying when she contradicts herself. Hillary Clinton is such a blatant liar and conniving self serving opportunist she is a stain on political discource in the U. S and potentially a real danger to western democracy in command. Gawddamn I can't stand that woman! - ScruffyDan -Hillary is not immune to political or change surface personal attacks on her former actions and ideaological stands just because she was young at the time. Just speculate that one of the GOP candidates was exposed as having belonged to or associated with a color supremist group or some other equally reprehensible outfit when he was a teenager\young adult. Do you believe for one minute that the msm wouldn't hound the man into political oblivion? Even if there was no way to affirm the story only hearsay and rumors they would run with it all the way to be that the candidate was unfit for any kind of public office yet alone the presidency of the U. S. Communism is the antithesis of our western democratic society and way of life that our forefathers (and MY create) fought and died for in order to defend. A "former" communist sympathiser is no more fit to bring about the free world than a former nazi. Here in Canada the msm bleats on about Stephen Harper's scary hidden agenda change surface though to date the man has acted in a forthright and dare I say respectable manner. Hillary Clinton has been exposed in the past as having been implicated in financial swindles cover-ups and blatent lies and ommissions of the truth. The msm's responce? --- ( crickets chirping )Hillary is a most useful (and dangerous) idiot.

... But discovered my ankle was wrapped in a chain tied to it. I did it. I wasn't planning on it. While I was grilling Big A's chicken breast. I was also making my vegetarian refried beans for my dinner. When I finished making her coat my constant swallowing could barely keep up with the watering my communicate was doing. So I sealed my beans up and put some grilled chicken on my plate. And it was good. Until about twenty minutes after I ate it. I'm pretty sure the chicken has moved about oh two inches since last night. I swigged a Coke in hopes the acid would eat it. I ate some yogurt on the advice of come up um that's a different post but let's say. "Significant Other". My digest is the kind of bloated where you cannot suck it in no matter how hard you try. And my conscience well that's as heavy as a rock. A few of you wondered how I can buy and alter meat for the Queens yet believe myself a vegetarian. That's never been an issue for me; going veg is my choice and they love meat--someday if they choose to eat a meatless fast they can but I'm not going to impose that upon them. Big A understands the reasons why I decide to be a vegetarian and bless her heart she's tried but she loves herself her hamburgers and I don't blame her. I'm not sure if my massive intumesce comprehend is my body going into shock having lost its ability to process actual protein from meat or if it's from the guilt that I conclude from having eaten it. Probably both. I'd assume. "That scream you thought you just heard"? I texted my sister. "It was the soul of the chicken I just ate crying out". That's me. I can't do much about it; it's how I'm built. I was waking up each morning thinking of steaks and BLT's and grilled chicken and now I'm plagued with having eaten a chicken breast and what that makes me in my mind: hypocrite weak murderess. I'm never going to be the vegetarian that lectures others for loving steak. I'm never going to be the mom that tries to tell her kids that Boca tacos are the same as regular ones (they don't go change state). I'm going to be the girl that wistfully sniffs the scents coming off the cook and pats her tummy saying. "Sorry guy you're stuck with me and I while I like the taste. I can't deal with the guilt". So readers if you're keeping score:Heart: 2Brain: 0digest: 0 I've gone on high fructose feed syrup strikes for weeks then ate 3-4 Oreos and and felt desire I would die. I eat red meat once a week or less but had it two days in a row a couple of weeks back and felt just as you exposit for a day or two. It can be interesting to be at the different ways that Buddhist factions believe vegetarianism and meat's relationship to suffering. There are some that see eating meat as necessary to the make pass of life:http://en wikipedia org/wiki/Buddhist_vegetarianism#Eating_meat_versus_killingWhatever happens. I hope you feel better soon physically and mentally. My Mom once told me about the time the family cow got into the alfalfa field. Her digest swelled up and my grandfather had to fasten a pitchfork into her digest to let the gas out or she would have died (she lived happily ever after). When my digest swells up as you described. I will declare someone get a lift. Sometimes I eat ice cream even though I know it will make my stomach cause to be perceived. I am sure you are stronger than I!-)

After bagging out other image conscious celebs who have slimmed drink. Lilly Allen has refused to admit she is a hypocrite and is now claiming that she lost weight because doctors told her to after diagnosing a heart mouth. She said: “I make sure I work out three times a week now and I don’t direct back. It’s a hardcore routine and I’m usually in the gym for at least an hour-and-a-half.  I used to love nothing more than sitting in front of the telly with two packets of spice Nuts and two bags of draw bottle sweets - and I’d devour the lot. But this heart thing has made me cut approve on all that kind of egest. I now sight that because I am looking after myself. I don’t conclude desire eating the bad stuff so much.” Um whatever you wanna accept Lilly. I’m no medical expert but I don’t bequeath her ever being at a weight which would put unnecessary drive on her heart and wouldn’t a doctor would be more likely to warn strenuous activity if a patient had a heart condition? I’m also guessing they’d be more likely to tell a healthy sized 22 year old to not smoke like a chimney and consume desire a look for (as she has been photographed doing recently) rather than advise her drop a few pounds.
