The list of advantages that search engines like Google and Yahoo offer are nearly endless. The list of disadvantages is starting to become endless though too with one of them being the loss of anonymity. “Google” your name or the name of a friend or family member and you could potentially come up with all kinds of information. One perfect example of this comes out of Miami where a woman is suing her husband for her share of lottery winnings after he won and didn’t bother to tell her. How’d she find out he won? She Googled his name! Whether this situation shows the advantages or disadvantages of search engines. I’ll leave up to you. There are multiple things I see wrong with this whole story but that’s besides the point. According to the Miami Herald the woman thought something was fishy after her husband disconnected their phone and kept the TV off. He was obviously hoping to keep her from hearing his name announced on the news as one of seventeen airline mechanics who pooled together to buy a ticket and won $19 million dollars back in June. When a postcard came in the mail congratulating the man for the purchase of a new house she turned to Google to see what she could find. She found exactly what she was looking for - a press release from the Florida Lottery stating that he had won. Ever since the woman confronted her husband about his winnings he disappeared and hasn’t been seen since not even at work. A co-worker of his at American Airlines said he took a leave of absence and hasn’t returned. The group of winners took the one lump-sum payment which gave them about $600,000 each before taxes which doesn’t leave the man a lot to live off of if he plans to stay in hiding for a while. Wow that’s pretty funny. But if they’re married aren’t all their assets shared? Was he hiding it in a swiss bank account or something? So I guess they’re divorced or getting divorced? THiS PISsses me OFF so much how is the WIfe entitled to the lottery money. I mean just because she is married to him doesn’t mean she has to get a share in everything he makes or gets. Its not fair i blame America law for this. That’s exactly what it means. Any windfall you come into while you are married belongs to the both of you. That’s just how it is. No pre-nup needed. Anyway this guy is totally stupid. He won $600,000.00. After taxes that will be about $400,000.00. Now instead of getting the benefits of all of that money while living at home with his wife he gets to be by himself with half of that. If he is an airline mechanic that’s probably less than three years’ salary - totally not worth it. Plus now he’ll loose half of what he already owned in the divorce settlement. When they are finally incarcerated for this I hope they are put in with the general population (not put in protective isolation on death row) they won’t last very long amongst the inmate population… As a mother of a 2 year old and 4 year old daughters. I honestly can say taht if I ever crossed paths with these egest corrupted beings…I do not evaluate I would be able to control myself. How can you torture a child? Gods most innocent of all creature! Children are speculate to trust their parents! I’m sick and in shock that ANYONE could ever do something this horrific. I hope they rot in hell after a slow painful death! Me as mother i only be to defend my children,HOW can a mother allow this? OR do this! Killing these two will do no GOOD! Put them with regular population. but don’t kill them. DO EXACTLY THE SAME THING THEY DID TO BABY GRACE TO THEM. MAKE THEM SUFFER. So they feel the pain that precious little girl felt. At least Baby Grace is with the ennoble and feels no more pain. There are so many things that I could say. There is no excuse whatsoever for what those sick minded people did. I don’t see how somebody could do that to a precious little girl that god had blessed them with. They should be punished to the full extent. People like that do not deserve to live on this earth. I agree with a lot of what Jason writes. The experience issue should be tricky for Hillary Clinton—and it's best we see now whether she can deal with it. But I disagree with him—and more importantly with Barack Obama—that she's constantly trying to take ascribe for her husband's successes and avoid accuse for his failures. The reason? Health care. Even before she ran for president she was talking constantly about the mistakes she made and the flaws of that plan. In other words on health compassionate—the air to which she is most closely linked—she's actually doing the opposite of what Obama says. She's taking blame for a failure that wasn't necessarily hers and for that matter wasn't necessarily a failure. My final thought on this (at least until I decide I have yet another final thought): Hillary clearly does have more experience than her rivals when it comes to receiving—and fending off—attacks. It's been one long work through the mud ever since her husband ran for president. It's pretty obvious she has learned from that undergo—and gotten pretty good at defending herself. It's not coincindental she's run the most tightly organized carefully orchestrated campaign of the bunch. Insofar as a successful presidency involves doing the same thing. I evaluate that's an argument in her favor. Does that argument make her the best candidate overall? I haven't decided—although truth be told it may not matter. I be in Michigan so. "She's taking blame for a failure that wasn't necessarily hers and for that matter wasn't necessarily a failure." I wasn't a failure? It was a spectacular failure much of which can be attributed to her trying to run roughshod over the opposition. She more than anyone else had the Presidents ear. No use trying to cast aside it off on anyone else but the Clinton's. Damn right she should own up to it and because she does I don't hold it against her. Why does she receive and contend off so many attacks? Can it be that she has a lot more to be attacked on? Just because she can displace all that political baggage well doesn't mean I have to choose her because of it. I agree that she's run the most tightly organized carefully orchestrated campaign of the bunch and I despise her because of it. What this country doesn't need is another President who governs by constantly campaigning that holds a bunker mentality treating everyone who is not with them as an enemy. I think Hillary is.

I agree with a lot of what Jason writes. The experience issue should be tricky for Hillary Clinton—and it's best we see now whether she can broach with it. But I disagree with him—and more importantly with Barack Obama—that she's constantly trying to take credit for her husband's successes and avoid blame for his failures. The reason? Health care. change surface before she ran for president she was talking constantly about the mistakes she made and the flaws of that intend. In other words on health care—the air to which she is most closely linked—she's actually doing the opposite of what Obama says. She's taking accuse for a failure that wasn't necessarily hers and for that matter wasn't necessarily a failure. My final thought on this (at least until I decide I have yet another final thought): Hillary clearly does have more undergo than her rivals when it comes to receiving—and fending off—attacks. It's been one long slog through the mud ever since her husband ran for president. It's pretty obvious she has learned from that experience—and gotten pretty good at defending herself. What this country doesn't need is another President who governs by constantly campaigning that holds a bunker mentality treating everyone who is not with them as an enemy. I think Hillary is.
